Since 1994 Rustem has been advising foreign clients on general corporate finance and corporate management issues. He is experienced in formation of more than 30 foreign-owned companies as well as in accreditation of numerous representative offices of overseas companies, such as a Japanese car manufacturer and a German window profile factory. Apart of advisory work, Rustem has worked as a board’s member in the airport for an Austrian venture capital fund and the general director of a German-Russian JV for several years. He has often spoken, e.g. in Germany, Austria and Italy, and written on diverse issues of Russian company law.
